Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
KEUM offers free shipping on orders above $150 to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that you must select free shipping to at checkout when your order qualifies to receive this offer.
All orders are shipped with UPS. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).

Kindly note that delivery to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.
Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are fully traceable at our website. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (PO) boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
All merchandise is eligible to be exchanged or returned within 14 days of date of delivery.
KEUM offers free returns on orders above $150 to the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. To return or exchange items, contact us at email@example.com with your order number and specify if its a return or an exchange and we will instruct you accordingly.
- Email us and inform us of your return.
- Print out Return labels you received from us.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box with the receipt that came with your order.
- Close the box and You can drop off at any UPS locations.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 days after we received package.
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt we can then offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.
You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts if you are in the United States. You may cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your Items. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order before your Items have been dispatched, please email your cancellation marked ‘urgent cancellation’ to firstname.lastname@example.org and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
